LELLO eyewear is handcrafted & designed to last using the most exclusive, highest quality materials from the best suppliers in the industry with hundreds of years of experience.
Every pair takes over 90 days to produce and requires more than 50 steps from start to finish.
- The plant based, cellulose acetate used in each collection is sourced from the top acetate houses in Italy, Japan and China.
- Our lenses are made of scratch-resistant CR-39 plastic & durable Nylon, that provide 100% UVA and UVB protection with anti-reflective coating and other treatments for the best eye protection, clarity, and visual acuity.

We demand a high standard of perfect quality to guarantee our customers the ultimate value in quality and style. We collaborate extensively on the intricate details of LELLO frames with our factory partners before releasing a frame to market.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of customer receiving their order. Cost of the return label will be covered by the customer and once the returned order has been received and processed by the warehouse the refund will be promptly issued.

If you have opted to include Route Package Protection on your order and need to resolve an issue, please file a claim via the Route App or Route website here.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not receive, please contact us / Route within 7 days of your order. After 7 days, we are not able to assist you further and suggest you file a claim with the shipping company that handled your package.
Customers outside of the United States are subject to additional fees from customs/duties and import taxes. Fees are paid to your country of import and are required to be paid in order for the package to be delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking to see if there is an option to pay the import fees online beforehand to ensure there is no delay in delivery.
