Shipping + Delivery + Returns
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customers outside of the United States are subject to additional fees from customs/duties and import taxes. Fees are paid to your country of import and are required to be paid in order for the package to be delivered. Please keep an eye on your tracking to see if there is an option to pay the import fees online beforehand to ensure there is no delay in delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of customer receiving their order. Cost of the return will be covered by the customer and once the returned order has been received and processed by the warehouse the refund will be promptly issued.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We are proud of the quality of our sunglasses and do not anticipate issues with our frames. If you have received a pair of sunglasses with damage, please contact us immediately after you receive your shipment so we can address the issue.
Within 2 months of the delivery date, we are happy to provide assistance with normal wear-and-tear that comes with wearing the sunglasses, pending availability of replacements. After the 2-month period, LELLO is not responsible for damage that has been incurred over time. Please remember to treat your sunglasses with care, they are small accessories that are designed to withstand minimal damage.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
If you have opted to include Route Package Protection on your order and need to resolve an issue, please file a claim via the Route App or Route website here.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not receive, please contact us / Route within 7 days of your order. After 7 days, we are not able to assist you further and suggest you file a claim with the shipping company that handled your package.
